Third Strike is my favorite, but I don't love it. Street Fighter has always been solid but a bit boring to me, but 3 is at least spectacular to look at and has Elena so it gets the nod.

Ironically though my two general SF go-to characters, Dan and Sagat aren't in it. So for that game It's Elena and Mokoto.

No all that matters is who your opponent is best with. Who won at a tourney doesn't actually matter one lick when you're playing someone, It's which of you us better. It's all skill, the guy who Chunlied the tournament will still probably mop the floor with you with Q.
