what is the cheapest chinkheld that can emulate snes at full speed? i'm so sick and tired of psp not being able to emulate even PAL roms it full speed. it always takes a dump when there is any transparency effect where you either have to turn frameskip or use speed hacks like simple pallet writes (which makes graphics look bad) or removing transparency altogether (which removes fog effects) to get around it
anyone who defends psp is full of shit. it's garbage hardware by today's standards. it has no benefits as even psp games themselves can be emulated now, not to mention psp library is trash that consists of inferior ps2 ports anyway
