So im thinking of buying one of those JXD android consoles for retro gaming but not quite sure if JXD consoles are any good for the price, what does /vr/ think is the best price/value android console for retro gaming?

go Google JXD s5110b. 5 inch touch screen tablet with physical buttons.
It'll handle all those things you listed plus more.
PSP = not as good at SNES
