/vr/ - Retro Games

So my extron came in along with the RCA cables I ordered. I know I'm going to have to strip the tips of the cables and feed them into the phoenix 5 pin connectors but I'm not sure what else.

I get that the second slot is for left audio and the fourth is for right but could anyone help me out with what the tip ring and sleeve are? I tried looking up the words in relation to wiring but got some stuff that seemed irrelevant to what I want to do.

Never really wired my own audio stuff before but one anon said it wasn't too difficult but even he had something else running into the empty slots of his connector.
