Does /vr/'s emulatorfags use frontends? I used to fuck around with Emulation Station years back, but it had a lot of issues - I understand Retropies use it, those poor bastards. I'm interested in seeing what setups people have, so post 'em.

What frontends do you guys use for Windows?

I'm really, really in love with the way EmulationStation looks aesthetically - it really is a brilliant little design.

Unfortunately it's crashing constantly, completely unstable; I've tried a few different fixes and I can't even figure out why it isn't working - no errors or anything, just full-on freeze.

Hyperspin and Max Arcade seem rather daunting and a bit busy-looking; what do you guys use?

Just use Emulation Station. http://www.emulationstation.org/#download It's just as easy to set up.

This thing does automatic game detection as well as metadata and box art scraping--it's basically XBMC for emulators, only not shitty like XBMC has become

Is there a front-end better than EmulationStation?
