hey cacos, can I ask about system shock? I noticed the game sounded like shit and don't know much about midi in windows 10, so I was redirected to virtualmidisynth which sounds fine, but there's a shitload of soundfonts.

what's a good soundfont for system shock? I'm playing the enhanced edition if that's relevant

So I got this, and it crashes every 10 mins, which is an improvement of the regular EE that never even started to begin with. It crashes when I want to read a log, it crashes I pause, and the last time it crashed when I was just moving. It's pretty unplayable at this state, so I wanted to ask you guys, if you don't have a fix, maybe you could just tell me if it's worth playing this or not?

I thought it would be sort of an immersive sim RPG thing, but it's just a dungeon crawler, and that's kinda not my thing because of how overwhelmingly boring and repetitive it is, especially when you have to keep repeating it cuz it crashes and backtracking to replenish health/energy. I'm at level 2 now.

Should I skip this and go to SS2? I love Thief 1 and 2
