I use Doom Explorer

Have accumulated a list of 87 preconfigured mods and maps, the only downside is that it stores the list in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Doom Explorer\DoomExplorer.ini, rather than in its installation directory, preventing it from being fully portable. Otherwise it's great, supports MP for Zan, Odamex, ZDoom, IRC and ZDBoard, custom .EXEs for single player, launch server etc. I love it.
But if you are happy to drag'N drop PWADs onto GZDoom, it might be overkill.
