Is it just me or is Ion Fury's highest difficulty (Maximum Fury) not that bad?

I haven't finished the game on it, mind you. But so far what I've played on MF doesn't seem that horrifying as Civvie feared in his review. Seems pretty doable, specially with the weapons being so powerful. Even abusing Loverboy's alt-fire cowboy execution thing while crouching, weaving, and jumping around is more than enough for many encounters

I think that if it wasn't for the last level Cryptic Passage is on par of the very first episode of Blood for its quality. They're all good, but those two gave me the best experience. Now i'm really digging into Death Wish and boy; it's too overwhelming, i think i need to pay extreme attention or else i'll miss some very good secrets.
