Looking through my Craigslist I saw an ad for a really nice trinitron but it has some issue with red green and blue bands at the top.

Tried google and found all sorts of answers. Some say the vertical deflection is fucked or it's just a capacitor issue. Apparently there's a ghetto fix of adjusting it out of the screen too.

Any help? Just pass on and continue the search?
