N64 has more 11/10 revolutionary games with
OoT, Mario 64, GE, Wave Race, Rocket, F-Zero, S&P, etc.
but GC has way more games that are simply very good. GC also made up for the one weakness N64 had (fighting games, JRPGS) with amazing games like
SC2, Melee, Primal Fury, the best version of Budokai 1, Tales of Symphonia, Baten Kaitos, Skies of Arcadia, FFCC, an even better Paper Mario, etc.

ALSO, Nintendo consoles are accompanied by handhelds and you can't see them in isolation. GC was accompanied by the GBA, which I think has more good games than the Game Boy

Both great, but I would give it to GC for variety
