I wanted to see if I could import sprites from one of those SNES-style semi-isometric JRPGs as there are a ton of those available.
It works. The animations are nice. The only issue is that I don't have the diagonal view angles, so I had to duplicate some frames.
Tomorrow I'll try to recycle some evironment tiles and use them as textures. We'll see how it goes.
