It's complete rng you dummy. The Starman Super has a 1/128 chance of dropping the Sword of Kings. It'll take you however long until the game gives you one. One time it took me two hours, one time it took me less then ten minutes, and one time I even got two of them unintentionally. Grind it out and hope for the best. Also it gove +30 attack to Poo, not +20.

They were aged up in the American version I think, they're supposed to be 10/11. Plus Ness doesn't look "mature" in his Japanese magicant sprite.
