Also i'll stay that the picture probably makes the difference looks worse than it seems to look in real life. It would probably not be noticable unless you were looking for it.

On the very black one, when I hit overscan I get the RGB lines and the entire screen stays the same colour. On the "washed out" one, its evident that the overscan area is a lot darker than towards the middle
