I found one of these at a yard sale last year. It's a Joycard Sansui SSS by Hudson Soft.
It's a pretty good controller. It looks like a famicom controller and a bit heavier than a standard NES controller.
It has turbo controls for the A and B buttons, and it has a stereo headphone jack on the bottom.
There's also a "Sound Shift" mode that pans the audio to the left or right when you press that direction on the d-pad. It's not a very good effect because it can't separate the music from the sounds. Idk what kind of game would benefit from it. It's a bizarre feature and I'm glad it exists.

Got two of these for my NES. It's thicker than a regular NES controller, and a lot more comfortable to hold as a result.
