You're probably safe. Nigs sold their crt for newports when they got a new flat panel with their food stamps years ago. The only ones with crt now are people with houses and the ability to store them, no the type of people to be infested with roaches. It's mainly older people who kept them for the grandkids to use and had the funds to have a guest room to keep this old tech in.

You're much more likely to find dead roaches in old consoles, but unless jerome has a penchant for ancient gaming systems and used it in the last year (hint he doesn't), you're ok.

Pic related was picked up in a pawn shop from a city for $5. Cleaned the fuck out of it, alcoholed the hell out of it, put a $3 power port in it and have had no problems. Basically the roaches had been dead in there for over a decade, all that was left was exoskeletons. It creeped me out enough to leave it in the shed for a month after alcoholing it, but decade old roach eggs don't contain life.

Yes. I got this for $5 in a pawn shop. It had a broken power port which I replaced for $3 or 4.

I alcoholed the living fuck out of it and put it in a zip lock bag after it dried. I've yet to open it, but it's safe, just that I've been lazy. The roaches were basically just exoskeletons so I imagine they were dead for a long time. Can you imagine how bad someone's house had to be to have that many roaches in a snes? Why would they go there, for warmth? There's nothing in there for them to eat.

Got this at a pawn shop for $5 about a month ago. Had to replace power connector.
