The next secret level is actually not very exciting or weird at all. You kind of start in the weird end room of the first one, and then move out to a balcony overlooking a toxic ocean, with teleporter lamps.

So what you get here isn't an interesting dungeon or some prolonged clusterfuck, you get like 8 or so identical rooms which you teleport back and forth to, with nothing really interesting going on visually or conceptually.
The final area us a really generic looking toxic waste room flanked with broken deep water effects (which might be GZDoom's fault, but it all just looks broken), and it all just kind of peters out with a really plain puzzle and a bland fight.

I actually forgot to take screenshots of this level, because it underwhelmed me and I never got the instinct of "Oh, this is neat, I need to take a picture!", there really isn't anything cool or interesting here.

And then level 16 is a generic level like the ordinary ones.
