I've seen some of these pieces of shit in some stores in my towns.

pls give me a short explanation of what chink garbage they are, and like how do I like make a game for it?

Is there some game engine, like some niche game engine that exports to them?
And is there like a store where you can export them games and publish them on the internet?

Or so I need to like use some old as fuck C compiler, make some ROM and just upload to itch.io and share the link here?
