The Saitek P990 is a good emulation controller that ticks most of the boxes you're looking for. It was produced in the early 2000s.

>6 face buttons
>4 shoulder buttons
>2 joysticks with L3/R3

Downsides:
>no rumble
>no analog triggers
>D-pad is adequate, not that great
>DirectInput only, it was made before XInput standardized controllers
