My favorite childhood game, playing when I was around 4-5 years old really solidified it as one of my favorite NES games. Even know it's one of the few games I can just turn on and play and still have despite having lost count of how many times I beat it. What a phenomenal game.

Adventure

Smoother physics, larger levels and smaller character sprites, extra details, and a better aesthetic makes adventure the superior version by far. NiDL isn't terrible it just was dragged down by the limitations of the gba, the decision to make character sprites larger and levels smaller was necessary but still sucks.

Such a fantastic game, one of the few I could always pick up and feel satisfied with. This interview about it is a great read, website is great too.
