This part on professional is supposed to have a maximum 10 active enemies at a time but on PS2 it uses the normal mode enemy spawns of 5 active at a time. These changes are all throughout the game. The iconic water room archers don't even spawn until later and if you don't kill enough enemies you can prevent them from spawning entirely.

This scene is comprised of 13 enemies total with 5 being active at a time on normal mode, on professional this changes to 10 active at a time out of the same pool of 13. On PS2 and the Ubisoft port its always limited to 5 at a time even on professional.
