caveat:
>no working sound yet
>ammo is not setup correctly
>weapon does not reflect final speed balance

mechanics:
>fires 8 bolts between 23 and -23 degrees on initial throw
>fires 9 BFG tracer-ized lightning bolts on each bounce
>kills things...alot

it makes for a fun toy though, currently, so I figured I'd share.
