I actually like their consistent look, especially with the side labels/no shitty green "Greatest Hits", getting Platinum instead.

But yeah they do break a lot. At least for PS1 cases it's easy to get replacements from shitty shovelware and swap them.

I will never understand why they went with the godawful green for the Greatest Hits rereleases. PAL games got a lot wrong, but one they did do right was the Greatest Hits cases.(or Platinum in this case)

I actually like how PAL regions did that, the silver doesn't clash as much and the spine still looks the same.

We never had long boxes though, and all our spines have the same font.
