Pretty sure because its from quelle, seems to be an east german import.
Quite possible im wrong, but service documentation and the fact that the osd is very primitive and AV is simply on channel 0 instead of having a dedicated av switch makes me think its late 80s.
The picture quality is also a little too good for being one of those cheapo 90s sets, because the dot pitch is actually very decent whereas mid 90s small tvs usually have a very coarse pitch from my experience.
Havent even been able to find a remote online sadly
