You get her way too late for her great damage spell selection to matter. It'd be fine if you could cast from an item like in FE, but with a limited amount of MP you'll have to redo maps over and over.
Anri is great, you get her pretty early on and she has the best damage/MP ratio with her Freeze spells. Even Tao is better simply because she's been a promoted Wizard for 10 levels before you get Alef, and Tao gets the Attack Up spell.

Thanks. I tried to make her look like she does in game. I really like the SF 1 and 2 art, it has a very particular 80's vibe. ...and the guys have chins, even the wizard gets a chin!
