/vr/ - Retro Games

Guys, I'm looking for a song, pic mostly unrelated, I don't think its from this game. I can SWEAR its a song from a shmup game, I don't play many shmups but I went into an youtube algorithm hole where I listened to many shmup musics, I love them for the most part.
Anyways I'll try to describe as much as I can remember but its really vague, I think the song name was something vaguely similar to "when they return", and it had a small girl, almost an angel like figure on the picture it if my brain isn't playing me for a fool.
I've been searching for it for long, and now I'm desperate, does that rings any bells to anyone ?
