Collecting is fun, but when you start comparing what you spend on games with what else you could buy, it feels a little silly. I barely even played the ones I bought, so I made the decision to sell my NES and games as well as my Genesis and a few more odds and ends. Made like $350 on ebay. I'm trying to do the same with my anime collection and it's slowly getting easier.

The only thing I collect now are a handful of PS1 and PS2 games as well as gameboy stuff because it all fits in a binder out of the way. Already I'm starting to feel like I have too many Gameboy games but it's hard when you work at a game store and they're only a couple bucks. In general I'm really trying to delete the need for stuff from my life so I can focus on what's really important.
