Super Mario 2 was just a reskin of a Famicom game, Doki Doki Panic.

Common sense aside, RC Revenge was originally a Re-Volt sequel, but undergo some different names.

Many, many years later, we have a Re-Volt 2 & 3. Guess what? It fucking sucked.

Speaking of Re-Volt, this was going to have an expansion dubbed Re-Volt GOLD, which contains some tracks that was originally going to be in the original game. The reason being is that Acclaim themselves doesn't want any involvement.

Fun Fact: This is the closest thing for a decent sequel for Re-Volt. The IP has been bought by WeGo in around 2011, and made 2 shitty Re-Volt sequels, one of them is actually the same game as the original, but with a shitty UI & microtransactions.
