You need to watch from the distance, see how many of them are there and where they go. Like you would in real life, you need to observe and be patient.

There's a fucking indicator on the corner that tells if you've been spotted and how close you are to a person/enemy. What else do you need? A fucking sniper rifle?

You can side step when needed.
You can turn around quickly with crouch+jump or use the moonsault flip to jump and land in the opposite direction.
But yeah, there's no denying it's tanky. Still, I love it.
