The way how they mixed the OSD with the RGB input.
It's very poorly done and causes a certain capacitance.
I took comparison pics just to show this issue.
Notice that the white bar leaves a trail to the right and how it stops at the black bar.
On composite it wouldn't happen but it's prone to get noisy, the BE-4 chassis has a lot of flaws and it's stupid that the older BE-2A chassis is so much better.
