It's a RGB 15kHz computer monitor, not very high TVL and slot mask, it's the upper maximum of sharpness for the stuff IMO. Also no super distracting scan-lines at 240p, which I personally prefer.
Good sweet-spot for my tastes.

Ah, I thought it might have been a Steel Battalion controller but it was hard to tell, now I can see the buttons on the right are green and red when I look closer.
