I was able to do it thanks to an Android widget, its not one of those that come with Android though, I downloaded it in Google Play, I think its called "A PhotoWidget App" or "Photo Widget Easy" and it works quite well. I have a different anime girl in all 4 screens I set up on this pseudo handheld so far.
