Why was Jewey the only guy who was upfront about how terrible the Miyoo A30 was? Less than a 2-hour battery honestly seems like a massive deal-breaker

It also doesn’t have OnionOS. Which along with Garlic and Minui, are the ONLY Linux CFWs with a working sleep function, an absolute MUST when it comes to modern handhelds.

The fact that you need to even suggest that at all is the problem. WHY are the buttons connected? For what purpose? Why couldn’t they just cut them themselves? Why did they go out of their way to make buttons that felt WORSE than on other brands? Speaking of which:

Enjoy resetting your whole console, and possibly bricking your SD card, each time you press the “function button” in the middle, asshole.

God, I wish the software on the Smart Pro was better. The ergonomics are great, and I love the tactile click of all the buttons. I don’t even care that it can’t do full PSP, since I bought it for comfy GBA and PS1 with widescreen hacks. But the stock OS is trash; the options are pitiful compared to something like OnionOS or ArkOS, and all the systems are preconfigured with individual overrides that you have to manually delete and reconfigure one-by-one. The screen would be great for watching anime on, but there’s no dedicated video player, and I can’t even use Retroarch, since you can’t load Retroarch on its own; you can ONLY access it while in a game. And no one owns this thing, so there’s zero documentation on how to do stuff like boxart, or what to do if I turn it on and it stops reading every system that isn’t GBA. I’d normally return it, but I love the hardware side of this thing too much, so I’m just gonna leave it in the box until TomatoOS is smoothed out.
