So, I found the BVM- 20F1U / 20F1E / 20E1U / 20E1E / 14F5U / 14F5E / 14F1U / 14F1E / 14E5U / 14E5E / 14E1U / 14E1E _service manual_ as a PDF just now on a french forum. The scans are pure shit and I'm not sure how the pages in the middle tile together (though admittedly I've not tried very hard), but for your viewing pleasure, here's the PDF as I found it as well as one where I went through and rotated all the pages for easier reading. Whoever invented 1-bit black and white scanning and decided to cram 242 pages into 5.6 megabytes by shrinking them deserves to be buried alive.

Anyway, better than nothing, here's the service manual.
