Not even trolling, the only instances of nearest neighbor texturing I can think of in the N64 are for 2D elements such as the HUD, and that one instance in Paper Mario with the pixelated floor.

It was entirely possible to disable the N64's texture filtering on surfaces, like in this part of Paper Mario. But most devs didn't because the blurry look was considered more advanced at the time.
