You can't. It is impossible for a human to do. Chun's MP throw is actually the best in the game. Its damage is very high and it's option selected with +10 buttons. If you want to complain about Blanka throw, the things to complain about would be

This sort of damage is not something that happens against human opponents, ever, even if you cheated and used turbo to mash harder it still would not do that many hits. Stop arguing. It's meaningless.
