doa2le and doa 2 ps2 are such a strange comparison.
both have stages the other version doesn't.

ps2 still lacks playable bayman and tengu, and vs mode can crash.
random stage in it doesn't cycle to the new stages, but tengu's day level is present even though they removed it from the select.
this is also the version nude kasumi can save as a costume for some reason.
