Hey, I used to run Blood with DOSBox on a 2009 tier laptop, 2.4 Ghz Core2Duo processor. Only if I played it on the second lowest resolution (something like 320 by 480) and below would I get 60+fps. Of course if Blood was made to run on modern machines and/or it had a source port release I could run it at 1080p with no framerate loss whatsoever but DOSBox doesn't handle it too well.

I want to buy a new laptop and the specs in pic related are the best I can go for given my price range. Any chance in hell this will allow me to run Blood in DOSBox at 800x600 or 640x480 native at 60+fps?

Even though I'm going from Core2Duo 2.4Ghz to i5 2.9Ghz, is it true that I will only get marginal improvement in Blood since I've heard that DOSBox only uses one processing core? Thank you.
