Did this screenshot's owner ever explain the filters being used here? Nestopia was mentioned, so I assume just some fiddling with its built-in NTSC filter, but there was also talk of some kind of Sony RGB palette?

And for godssake I am NOT looking to start a pro-filter anti-filter thread. This filter just happens to hit me right in the feels due to NTSC cheap tv nostalgia.
