Here's the deal. Everyone until now thought that GOR2A0 (the sprite/decoration being shown in the pic) is just Mussolini's hanged-up body directly converted, but it's not. It's actually a mixture

Whoever did that sprite for the game mixed Mussolini's legs with the upper body of his mistress in turn, Clara Petacci; and then rearranged and retouched the b/w photo edit into the Doom palette
