I tried composite, component, s-video (I don't have any RGB sources), bought a degaussing coil to no avail. Brought it to a repair shop and they said (oddly enough, considering the whole picture is blue) that the blue gun was dying according to the waveform it produced on an oscilloscope.

The fix is a new tube + yoke, which is a bit beyond my budget. So unfortunate because the convergence and geometry are all so good on it.

I got annoyed one day and nailed it with a magnet, and got some proper color to come out, albeit with a sickly warmth that I couldn't adjust. Degaussing brings it back to it's weird off colors.
