Ghost head is the black sheep weird one of the series. The plot isn't well explained in-game and is confusing to a first time player. The protagonist has the soul of a demon within her and switches between personalities. The funny thing is that this is not related to the main plot, this is just something she has. I was totally expecting this to be tied up.

The PS games also have uh, "quaint" graphics which are quite bad for 1998. If they had relesaed it in 94 or 95 it would be received much better.

And considering it's post RE it just dumps a bunch of zombies on you for half the game and you get a bunch of guns which is the only time in the entire series.

Originally I hated 2 and Ghost Head, saying they weren't as good as the pixar art game. The graphics however have that early 3DO or playstation charm. I do think that Ghost Head is the weakest of the games, only if because the starting zone just feels so small and cramped with not a lot interconnecting.
