Me too. Sadly the imitation cheap ones don't compare to me, only the authentic ones feel right. So I am jealous you have so many of the authentic USB ones (in great colors), as those and the PS2 ones are out of my price range now.

After a thorough cleaning, inside a Ziploc bag. Then into a box/storage container with those silica packs. Some are still brand new goes into the same categorized box/storage container too. On some instances where I have kept the original box (like the This Is Cool skeleton Saturn pads), the controller goes into their original box after cleaning too, then into the same storage container.

Yeah that's my personal favorite controller. However, I do not have a converter for it to go down to a Genesis. I think for that system, the 6-button pads are plenty good enough.

Sorry, I do take the pictures with my phone, it is just easier sometimes to just find a way to reuse one I've already done rather than compose a new one. Just so I can respond faster.

I have around over 100, for various systems, and adapters. I even have specialized controllers such as the ones for Virtua On for Saturn (2) and Dreamcast (1), the heavy force feedback Pelican lightguns that have the sliding barrel for SS/PS (2!) and step pad, DDR mats, Samba De Amigo maracas, The Move, keyboards, mice, and mice/keyboard adapters (Chronus Device) or analog (Hori TAC) for FPS, etc..

At the end of the day, I am most at peace with the default Sega Saturn control pad (official ones, not the knockoff cheap ones), but the only complaint I have with the controller was that I wish the XYZ buttons matched the size of the ABC buttons. I tried to switch over to joystick for fighting/shooting games, and I have ones with HAPP parts, Sanwa parts, and Seimitsu parts, but I still go running back to the Sega Saturn controllers. They work great for emulation (I use the YZBC buttons for the diamond shape format of SFC/SNES/PS games and C-buttons of N64 with XA being BA). I have plenty of imitator Sega Saturn pads like the ones Nubytech released on PS2 or the MadCatz for 360/PS3 (2!) and I still don't find those matching official Sega/SLS pads. There's something off to me for those imitation USB Sega Saturn pads that don't feel right to me either. Sadly, my old hands only accept official Sega/SLS controllers.

With all the controllers I have, along with the humble collection of games, (and multi-taps) I wish I had friends who would play games with me. So it is pretty sad I have so many, many controllers.

As for uncommon controllers that may be desirable, I have a couple Hori N64 mini controllers, 2 Daiei Hawks N64 controllers, the Championship Joystick for SNES (HAPP), a MAS Pro Stick for SS/PS/SNES with turbo fire, the NeoGeo PS1/2 pad, Hori EX 6-button 360 controllers (uhh, for emulation, to keep it /vr/) ... I dunno, there's a lot. I still am missing some that I desire like the SNES-shaped Hori pad for the Gamecube or Jusco N64 controllers.
