I just got a CRT monitor and I want to know how to caliberate it properly.

First off, should sRGB be on or off? When it's on I can't really change many settings so I assume it should be off.

Second, what should the color temperature be set at?

And lastly, I don't understand these highlighted settings too much. If someone can better explain them, that would be nice. I'm currently emulating and when I reset, the bottom one goes to 7 and the top stays at 0.
