I know this is a stupid question, but are there any common options for playing back digital video files on a CRT? Preferably in YPbPr or s-video because that's what I have.

>don't have the right video card for that type of analog output
>WiiMC media player only supports a handful of codecs and containers like .mpeg and .avi
>PS2 is really only good for DVD
>PS3 doesn't support .mkv, and remuxing files is a pain, but probably my current best option

it's really just for nostalgia purposes like watching older 4:3 ratio television series, so spending a bunch of money on it seems foolish. Pic related doesn't support 480i. there must be an easy solution I'm forgetting. Should I pick up one of those chinese players that just use thumb drives?
