not all retro but it's the shit i post in these threads.

yeah, that golf game. it's like an rpg that perfectly balances arcade fun and realism. newer golf games are fun (like 2013 and '14 a lot and pga 2k21 is okay) but tiger woods '04 and '05 on consoles (not the pc versions!) are killer. i felt like '06 got cheaper and '07 they changed it up as they were focusing on the new consoles at the time.

6/7 never got the love the zombies but then again i only tried it for about 30 minutes or so. it wasn't a bad game, but not something i see myself revisiting. i know, unpopular opinion.

7/7 wow...nice odd but awesome list. i never played ys 4 yet and i love ys. never played desktop dungeons either. but mask of the betrayer and a journeyman project game? weird but cool, man! loved those games. hoping they port neverwinter 2 to consoles like they did 1 because that is a game i'd love to play online with friends. i never played it online back in the day.

6/6...man...circle of the moon was my least favorite on the gameboy. the difficulty was all over the place and the random drops were frustrating. i remember doing a playthrough and only having like 3 or 4 cards by the end. that had to be some terrible luck.

yours star wars is super empire, but i beat super return the first time i sat with the game. not on one life or anything. but i remember spamming luke's spinning lightsaber jump a lot. i also beat link's awakening for the first time last week with the switch remake. my first time. wow those puzzles and cryptic clues...but otherwise a great game.
