There are games great rotoscoped games with beautiful graphics that fit the characters and realistic animations. Rotoscoped graphics look the best with minimalistic art style, that way the artist could keep up with every frame and add every necessary detail to make the animations look completely fluid and organic. Street Fighter isn't one of them, but just because one utterly overrated cancerous jap trash is terrible (they usually are), it doesn't make rotoscoping as a whole bad.
