ok ok I got one for you guys, all I can base off my remembrance of this game is from maybe a full minute of the game i remember in my head from close to 25 years ago

NES game
All I remember is at the beginning the view was top down, walking around in some sort of building that may have been a casino or something, again i forget, and talking to what was either a fancy statue or maybe a mermaid, maybe a mermaid statue, again I was like 6 years old so it's a huge blur to me. I just remember playing this game in my NES for a minute after being done with baseball stars?
