Rare was notorious for going through so much alterations and versions of their games and they would just leave stuff in there, either in physical objects, or things visible in the editor in a Gameshark.
Do you any of you guys remember Detstar (terrorist) website? he had pages of mysteries and also poorly early 00s photoshopped images of "users" claiming to have found more secrets. So much fun reading throuhg it all. and as for Perfect Dark, Yamo's lair had dozens of unexplained and explained mysteries about the game
