Well they do seem to have a voltage regulator there and I'm just gonna suppose they do properly supply the chips with 3.3V though I'm not sure with these people.
Anyways just look at this piece of shit. Obviously as cheaply as possible made in china stuff and they even fucking designed the PCB and then noticed that they'd some more vias and components. But why the fuck go through the trouble of redesigning it before actually producing them when you can just use some jumper wires and floating components
