>Vampire Hunter
Main character is the vampire hunter, Donovan
>Vampire Saviour
Main character is Jeddah, the guy who saves the vampire/darkstalkers realm

So that's how it's easy to remember the 3 games. Who's the main character? That's which game it is.

Then in English they went with:

>Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors
Then went retarded with the sequel
>Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge
Don't do that. But finally they were smart and just numbered it.

Now they went full retard with 3. Because with Saviour/3 they added 4 new characters but they removed the new characters from Vampire Hunter. And people went "hey we want to play as the characters from Hunter in the new game" so capcom made a version of Savior/3 with the characters from Hunter but they removed the new characters from 3. This one is called >Vampire Hunter 2

Then people went "that's retarded why did you remove the characters from Savior we want to play as those AND as the characters from Hunter". So capcom went "fuck me" and they released >Vampire Saviour 2

Which is Darkstalkers 3/Savior with all the new characters from the latest game AND all the characters from the second game but that's too many characters for memory or some shit so they just took out the least played shitty characters from 1. And when people probably went "why did you take the characters fro..." capcom probably went FUCK YOU ENOUGH UPDATES DARKSTALKERS IS DEAD
